SEO Foundations

I completed the SEO Foundations course on LinkedIn Learning as part of my ongoing development in search engine optimization and digital marketing.

The course provided a structured overview of the fundamental concepts behind SEO and how websites can improve their visibility in organic search results. It covered essential topics such as understanding search engine behavior, keyword research, optimizing website content and page structure, technical SEO considerations, and evaluating SEO performance.

A key focus of the course was understanding SEO as a combination of technical improvements, useful content, search intent, and long-term authority rather than relying on short-term tactics. The training also reinforced the importance of creating content that serves users while maintaining a technically accessible and well-structured website.
